Women come to this work carrying many different things — grief, a body that feels unfamiliar, a sense of being stuck, a question about who they are becoming. What they have in common is that the ordinary tools haven't been enough. Psilocybin, with skilled facilitation, can reach what other approaches cannot.
The question "who am I now?" deserves more than coping strategies. Empty nesting, divorce, aging, the end of a chapter — psilocybin is particularly well-suited to the identity and meaning work that major transitions require.

Why a women's practice?
Psilocybin surfaces what lives in the deep interior — grief, fear, shame, longing, the stories we hold about ourselves as women. Who is in the room with you during that experience is not incidental. It shapes what you feel safe enough to meet.
Women navigating hormonal transitions, reproductive losses, or identity questions carry a particular kind of material. The felt sense of being truly understood by someone who inhabits the same landscape — not just clinically familiar with it — creates a quality of safety that allows for deeper work.
Anne brings both: clinical expertise in women's psychology and the lived understanding of a woman who has navigated her own thresholds.

I'm a licensed professional counselor with a PhD in counselor education — not someone who took a weekend course. My clinical training spans years of practice in trauma, grief, life transitions, and complex mental health work. That foundation is what I bring to every psilocybin session.
I'm also Director of Fluence Training's natural medicine program in Colorado, serve on New Mexico's Medical Psilocybin Patient Safety Subcommittee, and host The Psychedelic Skeptic podcast — where I bring rigorous scrutiny to a field that often deserves it.
I work with women because women's experiences — in bodies, in time, in grief — are too often undertreated and underestimated. This work is where I can do the most good.
