What to expect from a consultation

A free 15-minute consultation is a low-pressure conversation. We'll talk about what you're navigating, whether individual therapy might be a good fit, and what the process looks like. I'll answer your questions honestly — including if I think something isn't a good fit. There's no obligation to move forward.
