It’s getting dark out there

I recently wrote a piece on Seasonal Affective Disorder, which impacts millions of people each year due to fluctuations in daylight depending upon the season.

TLDR summary: On balance, however, light therapy is as effective if not more effective than a course of antidepressants, another option for SAD treatment. If you’re interested in light therapy remember: consitency, proximity, and angle. Usually, after 1-2 weeks of light therapy, people start to feel better.
